2 cans albacore tuna (5 oz)
¼ c apple, chopped
½ avocado, sliced
¼ c mayo
¼ c frozen corn
¼ c crispy onions
juice from ½ lemon
¼ c olives
2 tsp jalapeño, diced
¼ c relish or pickles
2 tsp wasabi paste
salt and pepper

Step 1
In medium bowl, whisk vinegar, lemon juice, mayo, and wasabi paste.
Step 2
Drain tuna, add to bowl ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
Step 3
Dice olives, jalapeño, apples, avocado.

Step 4
Add remaining ingredient to bowl and toss.
Step 5
Serve on toasted bread or make a tuna melt by adding cheese and grilling until melty.
No bread? No problem. Try a lettuce wrap or scoop on top an apple slice.
