Ingredients
3½–4 c cherries, pitted
4 eggs
½ c sugar
⅔ c milk
⅔ c cream
1 tsp vanilla
⅔ c flour
1 tbsp butter
powdered sugar

Directions
Step 1
Wash and pit cherries.
Step 2
Grease shallow baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Step 3
Add single layer of cherries.
Step 4
In bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Add flour until smooth.
Pour in milk and cream, whisk well.
Step 5
Pour over cherries.
Step 6
Bake 30–45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°.
